Easy Returns & Exchanges

No returns on original artwork, prints, earrings, or face masks. All other items can be returned or exchanged with the receipt (digital or printed) within 30 days of purchase. Items to be returned or exchanged must be unworn, un-opened, and with original tags attached. Online orders can be returned via mail; buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Online orders must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Did you buy your item in our store, but live out of state and need to exchange for a different size?
No problem! Follow the instructions below.

Returning or Exchanging an Online Order?
Send your item back with a note that contains the following:
Your name
Your phone number and email
Your receipt #
A note with what you’d like to exchange your item for
Your address you’d like your exchange to be sent to
If exchanging for a different item, once we receive your package, we will invoice you for shipping the replacement item.

Mailed returns and exchanges need to be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Need to exchange a gift?
No problem!
If you live in Seattle, bring in your gift with your gift receipt. If you didn’t receive a gift receipt, we can look it up with the purchaser’s name or credit card number.

If you are out of state, mail your item in with the above information and we will send you the correct size.
