Party at Robot vs Sloth!

Host your next party at Robot vs Sloth in Magnolia! Perfect for birthday parties (kids or adults!), bridal showers, baby showers, team building events, or even a friends night out.
(Only available at our Magnolia location.)

What we provide:

  • We can host up to 18 people depending on the project.

  • We provide all the materials to complete your project.

  • Friendly staff members to guide everyone through the project.

  • A lovely space and clean up.

Food: You can bring and serve your own food and non-alcoholic drinks (please provide all plates, cups, napkins, utensils, and serving supplies).

Deposits: 50% is due at time of booking. The remaining 50% is due the day of the party.

We can host parties during our regular business hours or after hours for an additional fee.

Party Project Options

Pricing

Pricing varies depending on number of guests and project type.

On average parties are roughly $40 per participant, with a minimum of 6 participants. Any Craft Bar Projects can be part of a party. You can choose up to 2 craft types per party. If you would like more than 2 craft types, there is a $100 charge for additional crafts. This charge covers extra staff so we can help with 3 or more project types at one time.

Baking Pan T-shirts
Great project for ages 2 and up. This is an image transfer project that takes 30 minutes. Participants paint fabric paint onto a baking sheet, then draw on it. When they are done, we help transfer the image to a t-shirt. T-shirts do take about 1 hour to dry, but can be taken home same day. (Party pricing: $30/participant for 1 to 1.5 hour party.)

Car Painting (Car + Canvas)
Kids ages 2 - 6 can decorate a car and then drive it through paint. They receive both a car and a canvas. The project takes 30+ minutes. The canvas takes about an hour to dry, but can be taken home same day. (Party pricing $30/participant for 1 to 1.5 hour party.)

Charm Bracelets
Our most popular party! Great for all ages: adults and kids (ages 4+). Participants get to choose from a gold or silver bracelet, 3 Robot vs Sloth charms, and then get to create as many charms as they can on a roughly 5×7 inch shrinky dink film. We will shrink the handmade charms and help participants assemble their bracelets. (Party pricing: $40/participant for 2 hour party.)

Decoden
Must be 8+. Pipe glue on that looks like frosting and then use charms to decorate different products. Parties can choose to all do the same project or have a few options. Projects take 1 - 3 days to dry, but can be taken home the same day. (Party pricing: varies depending on projects $35 and up depending on the project, 2 hour party.)

DIY Hats
Good for adults and kids 6 and older (hats are adult size, but can be sized down). Participants decorate their own hat and can choose to add a patch. Depending on the age of the participants, this party can go very fast (younger kids can spend as little as 20 minutes on this). It is highly recommend to pair with a 2nd craft such as Puzzles or Shrinky Dink Necklaces. (Pricing varies $30 to $45 for a 2 hour party.)

Mixed Media Resin Blocks
Adults or kids 6 and older can create a mixed media piece of art on a 4×4 wood canvas Paint, draw, collage, and combine on a wood block to create a beautiful art piece. Resin will be added to projects after the party (for ventilation and curing). Projects can be picked up 2 weeks after party. (Pricing: $50 per participant for a 2 hour party. If desired, larger canvases can be provided for an additional fee.)

Witchy Wizard Wands
Adults or kids 6 and older use hot glue, dowels, paint, glitter, gems, and marbles to create magical Witchy Wizard Wands. Depending on the participants, this project can take 2 to 3 hours. (Pricing $50/participant for a 2-3 hour party.)

Party FAQ

We have to invite the whole class, can you host more than 18 people?
We would love to, but we can’t. Our occupancy is based off of our seating and square footage. 18 guests includes any adults staying for the party.

We are inviting X many people, but we aren’t sure how many will come.
No problem! We base our deposit off of how many participants you expect. Final head count is due 5 days before the party. Final payment is for the total number of confirmed or actual (whichever is greater) number of participants. Meaning, if you book for 10, but find out 5 days before the party that only 8 participants are coming, you will only be billed for 8 guests.

Can we bring food?
Yes, be sure to bring all plates, serving utensils, napkins, etc. We cannot serve, handle, or clean up any food. Please bring any drinks you would like to provide too. We have tap water, but no water pitcher or cups.

Can we bring alcohol?
We would love to be able to host with alcohol, but at this time we cannot serve alcohol unless a permit is obtained and a licensed server is bartending.

Can we book a party for the evening, after hours?
Yes! For a small additional fee, we will host after hour parties.
