Host your next party at Robot vs Sloth in Magnolia! Perfect for birthday parties (kids or adults!), bridal showers, baby showers, team building events, or even a friends night out.

What we provide:
We can host up to 18 people depending on the project.
We provide all the materials to complete your project.
Friendly staff members to guide everyone through the project.
A lovely space and clean up.
Food: You can bring and serve your own food and non-alcoholic drinks (please provide all plates, cups, napkins, utensils, and serving supplies).
Deposits: 50% is due at time of booking. The remaining 50% is due the day of the party.
We can host parties during our regular business hours or after hours for an additional fee.
Party Project Options

Baking Pan T-Shirts and Puzzles: $38 per person
Each attendee will create an image on a baking pan with paint and then we will help them transfer it to their very own shirt. While the shirs are drying, they get to create their own 24 piece puzzle.

Each attendee will create an image on a baking pan with paint and then we will help them transfer it to their very own T-Shirt. While the shirts are drying, they get to make their own necklaces by designing their own shrinky dink charms.

Charm Bracelets: $40 per person
Attendees will create their own shrinky dink charms and get to pick 3 of our branded Robot vs Sloth charms. They can choose from silver or gold plated charm bracelets. We help them assemble and custom fit their bracelets.

Witchy Wizard Wands (min. age 7+): $50 per person
Attendees will create their own magical wand using hot glue, paint, glitter, jewels, and marbles. Since this requires hot glue, it is highly advisable that the attendees are over 7 years old. We can pre-shape wands for younger children.

Car Painting (Car + Canvas) $30 per person
This craft is perfect for ages 2 to 5, for a short party (1 hour instead of 2 hours). Attendees get to decorate a car and then drive it through paint on a canvas.

Hat Decorating + Necklace Making: $50 per person
Great for adults and children 6+. Create a hat with the option of adding 1 patch (additional patches can be added on). Then create a 24 piece puzzle of your own design.

Decoden Heart Jewelry Box: $42 per person
Use unlimited charms to decorate the outside of the jewelry box with frosting-like glue and even sprinkles! These projects take 3 days to dry, but attendees can take them home in a box the same day.

Decoden Pen Holder: $42 per person
Each attendee will get to create a decorative pen holder with unlimited charms as long as it fits on the outside of the pen holder. Projects take 3 days to dry, but attendees can take them home same day in a box.

Standing Mirror: $47 per person
Great for a whimsical addition to any bathroom or vanity. Decorate the front of the mirror and base. The base doubles as a trinket dish. Projects take 3 days to dry, but attendees can take them home same day in a box.

Wood Block Letter: $35+ per person
Each attendee gets to choose a letter for their name and then add charms on the front and sides. This project can go fast, so it is recommended to pair with a small add on, like a keychain ($14 per person), buttons, or puzzle. Projects take 3 days to dry, but attendees can take them home same day in a box.

Vinyl Toy Bear and Shrinky Dink Keychain: $30 per person
Decorate a 7” vinyl bear toy, then create a shrinky dink keychain, which is great for zipper pulls, backpacks, or keys.

Refillable Journal, One side: $53, Both sides: $65
Create a refillable journal with includes lined paper. Decorate just the front or both sides (price difference). Journal includes a spot for a pen, pockets for cards, and a magnetic clasp. Journal is available in lots of different colors.

Wallet: $40
Choose to decorate one side or both (same price), available in multiple colors. Wallet zips shut with lots of pockets inside.

Travel Jewelry Box: $42
Decorate both sides of this travel jewelry case that can hold your rings, necklaces, and more. Many colors to choose from.
Add-ons
Button Making: 1 button for each attendee $3 per person
Vinyl Bear Toys: $18 per person. Attendees use paint pens to decorate their very own vinyl toy.
Puzzles: $8 per person.
How the party works:
Each party is 2 hours, plus 30 minutes to set up and clean up before and after. Once guests arrive, we collect waivers, and when everyone is ready we introduce ourselves, the shop rules, and the project. We provide all supplies, instructions, and clean up of crafts. The first hour and a half of the party is typically for projects, the last 30 minutes is for cake and presents (though we play this totally by ear and it depends on how fast attendees create their projects.
Food:
You are welcome to bring food and non-alcoholic drinks. You must bring all plates, napkins, serving utensils, cups, etc. We do not provide, serve, or clean up any food or beverage items.
Decorations:
We set up some teal balloons and a gold Happy Birthday banner (unless it’s not a birthday). If you would like to bring other decorations, you may, though they cannot be attached or block retail display.
Number of Guests: We have a minimum number of 6 participants, a max of 18.

Party FAQ
We have to invite the whole class, can you host more than 18 people?
We would love to, but we can’t. Our occupancy is based off of our seating and square footage. 18 guests includes any adults staying for the party.
We are inviting X many people, but we aren’t sure how many will come.
No problem! We base our deposit off of how many participants you expect. Final head count is due 5 days before the party. Final payment is for the total number of confirmed or actual (whichever is greater) number of participants. Meaning, if you book for 10, but find out 5 days before the party that only 8 participants are coming, you will only be billed for 8 guests.
Can we bring food?
Yes, be sure to bring all plates, serving utensils, napkins, etc. We cannot serve, handle, or clean up any food. Please bring any drinks you would like to provide too. We have tap water, but no water pitcher or cups. Food must be eaten at the tables and cannot leave the craft area.
Can we bring alcohol?
We would love to be able to host with alcohol, but at this time we cannot serve alcohol unless a permit is obtained and a licensed server is bartending.
Can we book a party for the evening, after hours?
Yes! For a small additional fee, we will host after hour parties.
Will we have the whole store to ourselves?
Unless you book after hours, the store will be open at the same time. This means if you did not book for 18 people, we may also host walk in crafters (at a different table than your party).
