What is Decoden?

Decoden is a craft where you pipe (un-edible) frosting-like glue on a project and then add fun resin charms. Projects take 1 - 3 days to dry, but you can take them home same day or leave them with us to dry.

Minimum Age Requirements:

We suggest ages 8+ for Decoden. Younger children may do Decoden with the help of an adult. They will use glue that looks like frosting, but should not be eaten (it is silicone and paint).

How it works:

  1. Pick your project.

  2. Pick your glue, then we set it up for you.

  3. We invite our guests to pick out 10 - 15 charms at a time for their project. Charms are unlimited (for the exterior/front of the project). Additional charges will occur if charms are placed in the inside or back of the project.

  4. Pipe on your glue, then add your charms. We even have (un-edible) sprinkles to add if you wish.

Additional Charges

Individual Charms: $1 per charm, regardless of size

Putting Glue on charms you don’t use: $1 per charm

Excessive glue on tray or work surface (more than 3 globs of glue): $10

Wasted materials charge (ie. you start your project and then decided you want to start over): $10

Additional Glue Color: $3

Piping tip change: $1 per change (no charge if starting a new project)

Decorating the inside or back of a project: Additional $1 per charm, plus $6 per glue

Please be mindful of the supplies and help us keep our charms unlimited. Guests who waste materials or put glue all over unused charms make us reconsider our unlimited policy. Glue should not be squeezed onto the table or constantly taken off your project in hopes to get the most perfect piping. If you feel like you messed up your piping, put a charm on it, no one will know!

Want to reserve our craft bar for your next birthday party, team building event, or girls night? Any of our Craft Bar projects can be turn into a party for up to 18 people.

Please note this doesn’t guarantee your reservation, until deposit is paid (varies on number of people and project) and you get a confirmation email from us. Deposits are non-refundable if event is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.
